Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using repmajority.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Republican Majority Campaign (FEC ID #C00442319) operates this Site as part of its work to elect a Republican majority. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Republican Majority Campaign is a nonconnected multicandidate political action committee. It is not affiliated with any other political committee, and these terms cover only Republican Majority Campaign.

Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
• Use automated systems to access the Site without permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

Contributions

All contributions are processed securely through WinRed. By making a contribution, you confirm that:

• You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
• The funds are your own and are not provided by another person or entity.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are not a federal contractor.
• The contribution is made on a personal credit or debit card, not a corporate card.

Contributions are not tax-deductible. Federal law requires Republican Majority Campaign to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Reporting requirements apply under FEC regulations.

Mobile messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these mobile messaging terms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Message frequency. Recurring messages may be sent.
• Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to end, or write to info@repmajority.com.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

Contributions to candidates

Republican Majority Campaign is a nonconnected multicandidate political action committee. It may make contributions to federal candidates and committees within the limits set by federal law, and may make independent expenditures. Contributions to Republican Majority Campaign are used at the committee’s discretion; no contribution is earmarked for any candidate.

Any use of the name or likeness of a candidate or officeholder by Republican Majority Campaign is for Republican Majority Campaign’s political communication only. In no way does it indicate any authorization by, affiliation with, direction from, or endorsement by that person of any kind.

Intellectual property

Original content on this Site, including text, marks, and software, is the property of Republican Majority Campaign. Some images may be sourced from Wikimedia Commons or other third parties under applicable licenses, such as Creative Commons or public domain, and remain subject to their original license terms. You may not reproduce or distribute our original content without prior written consent.

Disclaimers
